1. Orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. Payment methods are shown at checkout; orders placed with the bank transfer option are invoiced by email and ship once the transfer has cleared. The name on your card statement is that of the operating company and may differ from the store name. We may refuse or cancel any order and will refund any payment taken for it.
2. Shipping, returns and risk

3. Descriptions and availability
We work to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every description is error-free. Colours, materials and finishes can vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photographs. The information presented at purchase controls.
4. Use of products
Products are sold for ordinary everyday use as described in their listings. Follow any care or use notes in the listing and on the Fabric, Fit and Care page.
5. Acceptable use of the site
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful or harmful material.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stardust Botanicals LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of products sold here. Total liability is limited to the price paid for the product concerned.
