Shipping
Every US order ships at one flat rate, no matter how much is in the basket. Orders leave our Long Beach, New York warehouse within one to two business days of payment clearing and travel by USPS or UPS. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is printed.
We ship to all 50 states and to PO boxes. We do not currently ship outside the US.

Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are packed the next business day.
Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return anything that is unworn, unwashed and has its tags attached. Email [email protected] with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label. Once the item is back with us, we refund the full item price by the same method you paid, usually within five business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges work the same way. Tell us the size or colour you want and we ship it as soon as your return arrives. If the new size is in stock, there is no charge for the second shipment.
What cannot be returned
- Raw denim that has been soaked or worn in.
- Waxed cotton that has been re-waxed.
- Socks that have been worn, for hygiene reasons.
