Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states at one flat rate per order, shown at checkout. Orders are dispatched within one to two business days of payment clearing, by USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Most orders arrive within three to six business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves.

We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return any item that is unworn, unwashed and has its tags attached. Socks are returnable only if unopened.

To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and the items you are sending back. We will reply with a prepaid return label. Once the parcel reaches us, we inspect it and refund the full item price by bank transfer within five business days. Original shipping is refunded if the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, return the original and place a new order, or email us and we will set up a direct exchange if the item is in stock.
